The Presidents’ Cup is awarded to the conference member institution that accumulates the most points based on its regular season finish in the conference standings. The highest point total is awarded to the first-place team depending on how many schools sponsor the sport in the Maryland JUCO.
The conference began the award 2005-06 season when it was earned by one member institution, and in 2010, Maryland JUCO awarded two Presidents' Cups, one to the winner of the best women's program and one for the best men's programs.
Congratulations to Harford Community College for winning the men's and women's cups for three consecutive seasons (2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19) and the women's cup for seven straight years.
