Essex Women's Basketball NJCAA DII Champions

CCBC Catonsville's Moises Aristy Jr. earns NJCAA baseball Player of the week

With a strong offensive performance, Moises Aristy Jr. helped CCBC Catonsville baseball to a 6-1 week while averaging .580 at the plate

Chesapeake College basketball players react Tuesday while watching the NJCAA Division II selection show. The Skipjacks are the No. 9 seed and face No. 8 Macomb (Michigan) in next Tuesday’s first round.

The Skipjacks set a new school single-season record for wins this season with 29. Saturday they put another entry in the history book when they defeated Montgomery College, 79-59, to win the Region XX Division II championship and earn their first berth to the National Junior College Athletic Association Division II tournament.

Knights' Baranoski Named NJCAA Cross Country DII Men's Runner of the Week

Rosedale, Md. ? CCBC Essex Men's Cross Country freshman Kevin Baranoski (Fallston, Md.) continued his great start to the season by earning the NJCAA Cross Country Division II Men's Runner of the Week honors. During the fifth week of the season, Baranoski completed his third overall meet of the season, and second 8K race of the season, finishing 9th place at the Loch Haven University Invitational with a time of 24:46.
